The Director must also have firm working knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing process, from requirements analysis to operations through verification and validation testing. The individual should be experienced in all aspects program management, including business strategy and growth.

This individual will report to the Business Unit leader and will provide day to day assistance to business areas to meet the strategic objectives / financials. It will ensure that all engineering, manufacturing, business management, mission assurance, and supply chain activities are executed to meet program or capture requirements for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
